Lanita left us peacefully this morning (Monday June 18th 2012) and for the purpose of travel arrangements we want to get you this information asap.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday June 23,2012 At 1:30 pm in Kamloops, BC.
Location is Valleyview Arena - #353 Highland Rd, Kamloops, BC
Directions are easy. Valleyview is easy to find. It is just off the Trans Canada Hwy on East side of Kamloops. Find Highland Rd and go left if coming from the east, go right if coming from the west, up hill through stop signs, keep left in right after stop sign and you are there.
Lanita made most of the arrangements and she wanted everyone welcomed to herfinal goodbye. All who can make it are invited to stay for lunch and fellowship after the service.
Lanita loved and was loved by everyone and her wishes will be carried out. Lanita will be sadly missed by her partner Eldon and children, Caden, Damon and Makaela. Her parents, Allen & Laurel Loyek who faithfully stood by the whole six months. Lanita struggled with stomach cancer at home and for the last five months in the Kamloops Hospice. Lanita was cared for by numerous family members, as well as countless friends and volunteers. She loved people and was never alone during her illness.
Fern and I will be forever grateful for a wonderful daughter in law who lived a Godly life and left us richer in every way that matters in life. Lanita will live on in our hearts for ever and Heaven is richer today.
